4 <br /> Community Preservation Committee <br /> Minutes <br /> January 6, 2022 <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Completed CPA Projects —Recommended for Closure: <br /> Vote to Close &Return Available Balances to Original CPA Funding Sources; (continued) <br /> The following CPA projects are deemed complete with the turnback of funding and funding <br /> source as referenced; <br /> Great River Boat Ramp Project - $116,604.53 (Budget for Appropriation Reserves) <br /> Santuit Pond Parking Lot Reconstruction - $17,767.30 (Open Space/Recreation Reserves) <br /> Attaquin Park Playground Phase 11 - $31,968.32 (Open Space/Recreation Reserves) <br /> Ockway Bay Boat Ramp Phases I and II- $3,559.10 (Open Space/Recreation Reserves) <br /> MMHS Tennis/Basketball Courts- $15,476.64 (Budget for Appropriation Reserves) <br /> Pickleball Court Construction - $23,464.66 (Budget for Appropriation Reserves) <br /> Motion made by Ms. Barbee to close out the above referenced CPA projects returning <br /> appropriated funding to their respective funding source for future use. <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. Larkin. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 7-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Mr. Gottlieb, yes Mrs. Thayer,yes Mr. Hyde, yes Mr. Larkin,yes <br /> Ms. Barbee, yes Mr. Shackett, yes Ms. Russell, yes Opposed, none <br /> Ms. Waygan, Mr. Smith absent for vote. <br /> Discussion and Vote of Additional Articles proposed for May 2022 Town Meeting Warrant; <br /> It was noted the deadline for the submission of articles for the May 2022 Special and Annual <br /> Town Meeting Warrants is Monday,February 14, 2022. <br /> Members of the Community Preservation Committee took action on the following articles and <br /> proposed projects considered for funding at the Special and Annual Town Meetings; <br />
