13 <br /> Mashpee Select Board <br /> Minutes <br /> August 22, 2022 <br /> ADDITIONAL TOPICS (This space is reserved for topics that the Chair did not reasonably anticipate would be <br /> discussed) <br /> Motion made by Selectman Sherman to add (3) proposed articles to the warrant not reasonably <br /> anticipated to be discussed. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman Weeden,yes Selectman Cotton,yes Selectman O'Hara,yes <br /> Selectman Sherman,yes Opposed, none <br /> Town Planner (3') Articles: <br /> Evan Lehrer, Town Planner met with the Select Board to review three articles proposed for the October Town <br /> Meeting warrant to address water quality changes. This includes; <br /> Stormwater Management; to mandate Stormwater Low Impact Design strategies, <br /> Specific low impact design requirements for the removal of nitrogen and phosphorous from stormwater at single <br /> and two-family dwellings, and <br /> Specific low impact design requirements for the removal of nitrogen and phosphorous from stormwater from <br /> new subdivision roadways, commercial and industrial uses/buildings, and multifamily residential dwellings. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cotton to include and recommend the (3) Articles (that may be condensed) for <br /> consideration to be approved by the Planning Board. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Sherman. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman Weeden,yes Selectman Cotton, yes Selectman O'Hara,yes <br /> Selectman Sherman,yes Opposed, none <br />
