<br /> <br /> <br />Mashpee Conservation Commission Minutes <br />Thursday, April 28, 2022 <br />Waquoit Meeting Room, Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North <br />508-539-1400, extension 8564 <br />Broadcast Live on Local Cable Channel 18 <br /> <br />Streamed live on the Town of Mashpee website: https://www.mashpeema.gov/channel-18 <br /> <br />PRESENT: Chad Smith, Brad Sweet, Charlie Dalton, Alexandra Zollo, Erin Copeland, Brian <br />Weeden, Tom O’Neill, Paul Colombo, Steve Cook <br /> <br />CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Chairman Smith called the meeting to order at 6pm. <br />Pledge of Allegiance <br /> <br />PRE/POST-HEARING AGENDA: <br />• Administrative Approval Request: 18 Spoondrift Circle (DEP file # 43-3094) <br />Eric Rothenberg (Homeowner) presented plans. <br />Agent asked if there was any impact to the trees, Eric Rothenberg said none at all, they <br />took pictures just in case. Agent said he wasn’t aware that the work had already taken <br />place until he visited the site. He explained that the OOC requires them to come to the <br />Commission before work takes place. Also the machinery needs to come back inside the <br />work limit. No other comments, he recommends approval. <br />Mr. Dalton motioned to approve the administrative approval with the condition of <br />cooperation with the Conservation Department for mitigation. <br />Mr. O’Neill seconded the motion. <br />Vote: 6-0-0 <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Mr. O’Neill; yes <br />Mr. Weeden; yes <br />Mr. Dalton; yes <br />Mr. Colombo; yes <br />Mr. Smith; yes <br />Ms. Zollo; yes <br />In favor, 6; Opposed, 0; Abstentions, 0 <br /> <br />• Brad Sweet – Retirement from Conservation Commission <br />Mr. Smith announced Mr. Sweet’s retirement and thanked him for his years of service. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />HEARINGS: <br /> <br />6:00 Michael J. & Jennifer G.
