Proposed septic system upgrade. <br /> <br />Carmen Shay from Shay Environmental presented plans. <br /> <br />Agent said there’s not a lot of native vegetation. He read Board of Health comments. No <br /> <br />other comments. <br /> <br />Mr. Cook asked about the grade of the retaining wall. Mr. Shay explained it would end up <br /> <br /> <br />off the property. There’s no foundation on the house, this is the only way. <br /> <br />Mr. Colombo asked about the septic. <br /> <br />Carmen Shay said they couldn’t fit another component. We would be in danger of crossing <br /> <br />a lot line. It’s a tricky project. <br /> <br /> Mr. Colombo said he 2030 estimated “high scenario” erosion area 8 years away. He <br /> <br />doesn’t see this as a viable project. No other <br />comments. <br />Mr. Colombo clarified the Board of Health has not signed off yet, Agent said that is correct. <br />Mr. Cook asked about the retaining wall on the west side.
