Collins briefly updated the Select Board and interested public on the status of the <br />Wastewater Plan and proposed use of ARPA funds. Mr. Debrows <br />recommended the Board consider enacting a residential exemption of 35% explaining his rationale for the <br />tax credit. I <br />
