Article 16 <br />To see if the Town will vote to authorize and empower the Board of Selectmen to prepare a plan laying <br />out and defining Chickadee Road, Debbie Lane, Manitoba Road, Metacomet Road, Nehoiden Road, <br />Neshobe Road, Pontiac Road, Samoset Road, Wamesit Road, Whipoorwill Circle, and Wills Work <br />Road and to accomplish said purpose and for expenses related thereto, the Town vote to appropriate <br />and transfer from revenue available for appropriation $80,000 to the South Cape Homeowner's <br />Association Roadways Account, or take any other action relating thereto. <br />Submitted by Petition <br />Explanation: This article authorizes the Town to layout and define Chickadee Road, Debbie Lane, <br />Manitoba Road, Metacomet Road, Nehoiden Road, Neshobe Road, Pontiac Road, Samoset Road, <br />Wamesit Road, Whipoorwill Circle, and Wills Work Road and to appropriate funding for that purpose. <br />The Board of Selectmen recommended approval of Article 16 by a vote of 4-0 <br />The Finance Committee recommended approval of Article 16 by a vote of 7-0 <br />MOTION MADE BY Darien Homer of 66 Nehoiden Rd: <br />I move that the Town vote to approve Article 16 as printed in the warrant with the exception of <br />the phrase "or take any other action relating thereto." <br />Motion passes unanimously at 7:26 p.m. <br />Meeting Adjourned at 7:26 p.m. <br />20 <br />
