(Owner(s) of record: Robert T. Silliman, <br /> Anne Marie Colbrook, Frederick S. Silliman, and Helen Louis Capizzi.), with the following <br /> conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written <br /> Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2. Certified Site Plan—Prepared for 35 Wilsons Grove, Mashpee, MA, Date: December <br /> 12, 2014, Scale: I" = 20', Prepared by Eastbound Land Surveying, Inc., Stamped and <br /> signed by: Robb Sykes, No.: 35418, dated 1/12/2015. <br /> 3.
