Meeting Held: December 16, 1965 <br /> Present: Richard Jonas, Marvel Staleup, Leo Houston, Cap. Dorrer <br /> At 8:00 P.M. the Planning Board signed 'low cover to new <br /> Regulations. <br /> 8:30 P.ii l. Mr. Carl Avant, Mr. Leo J. Webber and Paul E. Bell <br /> Trustees of Monomoscoy Realty Trust came in to present plans <br /> to consolidate 201 lots into legal size building lots, also <br /> to ask for. Variance which we cannot grant - sent them to <br /> Board of Appeals as it does not come under sub-division <br /> control law (already on existing roads) which does not re- <br /> quire our approval of such. <br /> 9:00 P.M. Mr. McGrath (Town lawyer) brought in plan with <br /> Parking Lot and Beach for Town (Land Court Plan 11408D, <br /> July 1964 to have it registered. <br /> 9:12 P.M. Mr. Murphy of New Seabury brought in plans of new <br /> Pumping Station. Must be submitted to D.P.U. (going to be <br /> landdcourted) (91 feet deepth) <br /> Richardson Jonas advised he wanted all plans to say "Property of <br /> One building already up in Shopping Plaza - no O.K. given on <br /> plan - why? No plans submitted. <br /> Finally we got around to talking of Cluster Zoning. <br /> No further business meeting adjourned ;0 P/We <br /> Clerk <br />
