meeting Held: May 13,, 1965
Present: Harr, Tabb and Leo Houston
t 8*0C P.M. Charles S aver y, Surveyor brought zn a plan
with Curtis E. and Constance Dorrie, Jr. of Mashpee beck
partitioners. They simply wished to have the plan recorded
in Land Court and desired signatures of the Planning Board,
At 8*45 F.N . Richard Wash came in to pick up his plan as
his 20 day waiting period had expired, flan was approved
and returned to hint,
During the evening Mr. Saver7 suggested ideas as to how a
filing system could be set up for the blaps. He suggested
that our Map be divided into 3 or 4 sections - each section
bearing a number. As plans were received their location
could be f ound an the map and the same number given the plan
and filed in drawers bearing the same number. Also List
each map and leave listing in drawer so that it would save
anyone looking for a neap going through the drawer : they
could simply look at list to ascertain if the map they are
looking for is in that particular drawer.
Later on a cross reference file can be made on cards.
Meeting adjourned 10:00 P.M.
a
C le r*
