Selectboard endorsed position changes unanimously. <br /> Agent wasn't sure if they needed to get sworn in again but will confirm either way <br /> Cotuit Ba Condos-Administrative Re uest: Ex anded vista runin Michael <br /> DeNoia, Maintenance Supervisor described the request. Addressing condo units that <br /> don't have a view or where the vegetation has grown in so densely that the view has <br /> been compromised. Agent showed vista pruning plans from an order of conditions for <br /> vista pruning that showed vista corridors every 200 ft of frontage along the river. Some <br /> units have good views and others do not.Agent recommended approval of administrative <br /> request to expand vista pruning as needed in consultation with the Agent during the vista <br /> pruning time period. Chairman Colombo and commissioner Zollo had some questions <br /> regarding vista pruning conditions and protocols. <br /> Mr.Cook motioned for approval, Mr. Dalton seconded the motion <br /> Vote: 7-0-0 <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Mr. O'Neill: yes <br /> Mr. Cook: yes <br /> Mr. Weeden: yes <br /> Mrs Clapprood: yes <br /> Mr. Colombo: yes <br /> Mrs Zollo: yes <br /> Mr Dalton: yes <br /> In favor, 7; Opposed, 0; Abstentions, 0 <br />
