meeting Held: August 26, 1965 <br /> Present** Richardson Jonas# Harry Tabb, Leo Houston, Marvel Stalcup <br /> At 8:00 P. M. Mr. Thomas Quinn came in t e ask if Planning <br /> B o and would withdraw their letter of August 21 as they <br /> simply could not accomplish requirements as outlined,therein <br /> within the 30 days and they cannot continue- their work whereas <br /> a copy of letter was sent to the Barn; County Record of Deeds. <br /> Since meeting of August 19 a letter was sent to Frank Zinkowic h <br /> and Thomas ui=, developers of John's P and's Estates advising <br /> that the Planning Board had withdrawn their approval of their <br /> plan, until a topographical plan was presented and a road grade <br /> I, gout and they were given 30 days to meet this requirement. <br /> lie advised they are willing to comply with the Planning Boards <br /> requirements and have already started, however, if we will <br /> withdraw the 30 day clause they would notify the Barn,, County <br /> Recorder of Deeds, then, if after the 30 days, out requests <br /> have not been met another letter could be sent them granting <br /> another 30 days to accomplish required requests and outlined. <br /> in August 21 letter. <br /> The Planning Board agreed and signed a form, that Mr. Quinn <br /> brought in indicating their withdrawal of the present 30 day <br /> period <br /> At 8*45 P eRe Mr. Fail Hanslin .representing Poppenessett Corp. <br /> brought in a definitive plan for approval of 2 parcels of land <br /> which they wish to -develop and asked for a Public Hearing. <br /> Mr. Jonas asked that the Planning Board be given a plan of the <br /> Cluster Zoning at New Saebury, this Mr. Hansl.in said he would <br /> do and that he would also furnish us with a topographical map. <br /> He paid $20.00 for the subdivisions and was advised the Public <br /> Hearing would be held Thursday, Sept. 16 after advertising <br /> in paper on August 31 and Septe aber 7, 1965. <br /> At 9045 P.M. Mr. Wendell of Cape & Vineyard Electric came in <br /> with regard to their "Buried Cable Program" outlined in form <br /> letter of August 3 sent us August 1.3. He desired a set of By- <br /> laws and was advised smae were -in process of being compiled and <br /> printed. Also, he will return Sept. 2 to pick up an up-to-date <br /> map. <br /> No further business mietting adjourned 10:30 P*Mo <br /> Clerk <br />
