Refering to <br /> Glen Eagle plan 15 & 17 the board decided that a hardship <br /> would be created on this plan for the reason that proper <br /> forms and D1a.ns laid in the torn clerks office without <br /> being forwarded to the planning board, from Nov. , to, 1965 <br /> to March 31, 1966 through an oversight of the Clerk.
