Date; December 1 , 1970 Present: Richardson Jonas, Chairman Earle Marsters John Delaney Mr. Edward �f alsh brought in a plan from 1965 on a' sub-division to be dated and signed again. He inquired as to whether he could wipe out the sub. division and make it just .one piece again.. Mr. Whitney wanted the profile sub-division from 1968 for Robert Barbary, Mr. Umina - Great River Corp. , submitted profiles. Mr. Jonas informed Mr. Umina that the line -was' in the wrong -lace and therefore that piece was entirely eliminated. Also Mr. Jonas asked if he had receipts from the abutters. Mr. Umina submitted receipts -from -E�d.ie'. ='ifh.ite, John Umina and John. C i trone. Mr. Umina also paid' $52 for 52 lots and a check to the standard Times For 16.06 to cover advertisement. Lot #52 will be set aside as a recreation area° Mr. Marsters emphasized there was not a- -oublic way - it had to be 40 ft. and not 12 ft. Mr, Savery said there was proper access. It' was agreed the line will be moved properly. Profiles also were submitted. On 0,nail Hallow ,village, Mr. Umina said the land courts grants it signed that the Planning Board agreed to release lot This was done. The sub- division will be called cotuit Corners, Mr. .Umina was given the convenants to be signed, notarized and returned to the -01anni,ng Board. He was also 9i-ven a copy of rthe-,c and i t i on of the C onvenant�s-:.- Mr, Umina revised plan to include the area under easement to the Cape and Vineyard Co. as a recreation area. He was told to name all the streets. Mr. .S av e ry submitted fora A #24, plot Zan for Henry A. White E'u Tux. Location: East side Great Neck Rd. & ITorth side Red gook Rd. The plan was to show the revised road layout e- The Board discussed rewiring underground utilities. Mr. Marsters -gill inculre about someone coming in to discuss it.
