Town of Mashpee Planning Board <br /> Meeting held at Mashpee Town Hall on September 2, 1970, <br /> at 8.oo P.M. <br /> Present: Messrs: Richardson Jonas - Chairman, Arthur Koch, <br /> Thomas Saunders and Earle Marsters _ Temporary <br /> Clerk <br /> Absent: Joseph Delaney <br /> A public hearing was held on the subdivision of <br /> Francis Killorin off River Road. Ralph vino appeared to <br /> object to the access. This matter, was discussed with Mr. <br /> Staff and he stated that River road had been taken and <br /> therefore, the access was legal. ' Mr. Bexley agreed to obtain <br /> the Town Engineer's approval of the profiles. Conditional <br /> approval was given by the Board. <br /> Mr. John R. Johnson submitted a plan under Approval. <br /> Not Required which transferred to feet from his neighbor to <br /> his lot. The land is on Monomoscoy Island. Signed. <br /> Timberlane submitted a plan under Approval Not <br /> Required which redefined the south end of Forest Drive. <br /> Signed. <br /> E. Fletcher Davis submitted an extension on the <br /> bond and letter of credit outstanding against Timberlane. <br /> A plan was submitted and signed as Approval Not <br /> Required by Mr. Savery for Curtis Hendricks on Meetinghouse <br /> Road. <br />
