-2- <br /> C O-P Mr. E. Fletcher Davis appeared, in behalf of the Cape <br /> R.&ad Development Company, to obtain release of the covenant on <br /> his subdivision. The Letter of Credit to serve as a bond was <br /> reviewed by Mr. Wel5h, and he indicated that, in his opinion, <br /> everything was satisfactory with the exception that Mrs . Nimit z <br /> signature should be notarized., and the lots to be released <br /> should be described (i.e. book and page number of the plan. ) <br /> The proposed changes in road layouts, which were <br /> reviewed in the field by the Planning Board, were discussed, and <br /> the following opinion was given by the Board: <br /> 1) The proposed Cul de sae on Beachwood Drive was <br /> disapproved, and the road is to be cut through. <br /> 2) The proposed Cul de sac on Forest Drive was also <br /> disapproved, but the alternative of connecting <br /> Forest Drive to Beachwood Drive was suggested. <br /> Mr. Davis will attend the next meeting to provide -the <br /> information required on the Letter of Credit. - <br /> ---------- ----------------- <br /> Mr. Thomas Saunders' definitive, plan was approved, <br /> and the covenant was signed. The road is to be surfaced with <br /> gravel and oil.
