Minutes 6/6/73 <br /> page 2 <br /> Peter Ogren presented two covenants for New Seabury Corp. and <br /> Fields Point Mfg* Corp. , Jointly.. dated 3 1 and 5/22/73 <br /> He requested the Board sin a statement attached to each oov-, <br /> enant certifying that 1 onditions set forth below were imposed, <br /> at the time of its approval of a subdivision plan" referring <br /> to Land. Court plan #11408--*42. The Board signed the statement <br /> and retained a copy ( f iled under Covenants# 1973) . <br /> David Niven requested a bond release as he has satisfactorily <br /> fulfilled the requirements of the Planning Board in Bayberry <br /> Village. A letter was drafted to the Town Clerk requesting a <br /> release., <br /> Charles Vail# representing Curley De euilts and Isabelle T er� <br /> rell, submitted a Definitive Plan for a subdivision of land <br /> south of Route 130 on Collins Road* The Board kept the linen. <br /> hearing was set for July 18, i . <br /> Keith Lahtiene# representing Ockway Bay Corp. submitted a <br /> Prey.im.B eni-tve plan for 27 acres between Great Hair and Degras se <br /> Reads in Ockway Bay Estates,, The proposed plan is cluster <br /> zoned, The Board will study the plan more thoroughly at the <br /> next meeting, <br /> Anthony Be le p representing Gabriel Morze, submitted a Pre <br /> liminary plan for 3 lots on 92 acres# industrial zoned# crest <br /> of Route 130 and east of Otis AFB. The Board will review the <br /> plan at the June 20 meeting. <br /> John Malone reported on the read conditions in Sections A and <br /> B of Santuit Woods. He said only of the work has been <br /> done. Cape Land Dev. Trust was given 60 days From April 18 to <br /> make all repairs and corrections submitted by Charles Saveryt <br /> Town Engineer. Mr. Malone was invited to the June 20 meeting <br /> at which time action will be taken by the Board. <br /> John Doyle submitted a new plan for a Definitive which has <br /> been previously approved by the Board* When the Town laid out <br /> Great Oak Roado two sections of land owned by ew Seabury Corp <br /> were left on the west side of Great Oak Rd. $ interferring with <br /> the boundri.e s of Mr. Doyle' s subdivision ( file Mr,, <br /> Doyle took out I lot on Great Oak load and made read changes, <br /> The Board approved and signed the new plan, The covenant was <br /> pulled, from the f ile and a. copy attached to the new plan <br /> 1 T h e meeting was adjourned at 10:45 p.m. <br /> Deirdre Greelish <br />
