P. 13 , Zoning by-laws. <br /> Discussed the plans of: Robert McNutt, Jean Canning, John Umina, <br /> and Barbara LeBlank. The Planning Board brought the Board of Appeals <br /> up to date on our recommendations. <br /> on Robert McNutt"s Plans : Consider Phasing for a large project —over <br /> 100 units. Before Phase II all amenities for Phase I must be in. <br /> Would life a Buffer Strip between multi-fr.mi.ly and any other area. <br /> Recommended.: increase lot size by- 22 ,500, the buildings are the same, <br /> the Planning Board would like to ,see them changed. <br /> On Jean Canning' s Plans : 9-3-80 the Planning. Board recommended - <br /> e leminate '1 three bedroom unit, put parking closer to buildings , <br /> suggest show siding detail. Building not same design, vary sidingf, <br /> color of doors, windows , make closets 60 sq. ft. or under. The <br /> Planning Board also recommends a suitable road. <br /> Discussed old.
