He needs to have the plot plan changed <br /> to have the 20 ft Right of Way removed from between let 31 & 32 and <br /> placed between lot 31 & 306 <br /> 1 , Should hold a public hearing to make sure everyone is notified. <br /> 2 . Mr. Chadwick must pay the expense of a public hearing - advertising <br /> and mailing out of notices to all the people.
