Eiminate panhandle lots. <br /> 2 . Minimum of 5 a .for open space . <br /> 3 . continue Yardarm Drive into the new subdivision. <br /> 4 . Include waterfront lot in the open space. <br /> 5 . Favor revised plan. <br /> 6 . waive preliminary requirement of 1" = 401 . <br /> The Planning Board advised Mr. Greenfield to come back with a pre- <br /> liminary as outlined in the Subdivision rules and regulations . <br /> Petitioner: Shirley Porter <br /> Submitted by: Shirley Porter <br /> Location: Meetinghouse Road. <br /> The Planning Board reviewed a topo of the large parcel and a deed of <br /> the small parcel showing that the area contained more than 20 acres . <br /> However the Planning Board insisted on a topo of the complete area <br /> certified by the surveyor to assure the area contains more than 20 acres. <br /> Joyce Howell - New Seabury Corp. <br /> Little Deck Bay - Road Fund <br /> The Planning Board Reviewed and agreed upon the amount due from New <br /> Seabury Corp. and the lots that should be released up to this point. <br /> She will get back to the Planning Board as to how the remainder will be <br /> paid. <br />
