Mvron Fox - Rollins , Rollins C& Fox Chris Ruebler Re : MEWS Phase II Harold Collins : He will consult the state Board of Appeals -- Paul Moriarty - regarding the situation that no plan has been approved for MEWS Phase II by the Planning Board, but that building is continuing on M-. Phase I I . Mr. Bill Warwick surveyor indicated that he would need at least 2 weeks to draw up a plan showing existing buildings on MEWS Phase II , It was the feeling of the Planning Board that no action was to be taken on MEWS Phase II until a plan showing existing structures on MEWS Phase II was submitted to the Planning Board., rvww .m m real ter Jacobson -- Supt. of Streets : Presented his duties and responsabilitiE�s as Supt. of streets entering a town way, must retain a permit from the Supt. of streets �- Subdivision, (2) A permit is required for plans that go into a highway, {3 ) A permit i s required for anv construction that pertains to a town road. The Planning Board suggested that some rules and regulations be put into the next Subdivision book . At present the Supt . cif Streets gets a coPy OF the plans signed by the Planning Board.
