Phillips Ctf.: 213401 <br />4 Blair Circle (Map 3 Parcel 40) <br />Mashpee, MA 02649 <br />A Petition was filed on September 22, 2022 by Petitioner, Keith Gilmore requesting a Modification <br />to an issued Variance (V-2022-13) and allow to change a 16' x 24' addition to a 16' x 23' addition <br />on property located in an R-5 Zoning District, at 4 Blair Circle, Map 3 Parcel 40, Mashpee, MA. <br />(Owner of Record: Daniel E. Phillips). <br />Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. <br />Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in <br />the "Town of Mashpee, on October 21, 2022 and October 28, 2022 a copy of which is attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof. <br />The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the provisions of <br />Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A § 10 and the Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br />Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, November <br />9, 2022 at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br />throughout; Chairman, Jonathan Furbush, Vice Chairman, William Blaisdell, Board Members, <br />Scott Goldstein, Norman J. Gould, and Associate Member, Sharon Sangeleer. <br />Mr. Gilmore represented the project for the homeowner. There will be a reduction in the footprint <br />of the addition and design modification from the original zoning application. The original <br />application was approved back in March of this year. The roof lines will remain the same. <br />The original Decision had a condition that if there were any changes made to the original approved <br />plans, the applicant would have to return for further approval. <br />The Board of Health comments were read into the record; "Not in a Zone 1I and Existing Septic has <br />adequate flow for the 31 bedroom to be added." Conservation comments were read into the record; <br />"no wetlands jurisdiction". <br />There were no abutters present. <br />
