A Certified Copy may be obtained from the Town Clerk the next <br />business dav after the expiration of the 20-day Appeal period, which extends through <br />'Debg.R.-'0,0QL9._ Special Permits and Written Findings shall <br />lapse three years after date of grant unless a shorter period of time is specified in the <br />Decision.
