Upon <br /> motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 the <br /> Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a Variance to Owners, Steven M. and Jill M. <br /> Purpura under §174-33 (Setback from wetlands) of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction <br /> of a stairway to the beach on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, at 134 Shore Drive West, <br /> Map 132 Parcel 20, Mashpee, MA with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Variance under <br /> Mass General Law 40A Section 10. <br /> 2. Site Plan — Prepared for Steven M. & Jill M. Purpura, Project: 134 Shore Drive West, <br /> Mashpee, MA.
