Old Business: <br />1. Residential Exemption Update by Director of Assessing: <br />• Director Gibbons informed the Board that the annual tax classification hearing <br />is scheduled for 11/21/2022 at 6:35pm in the Town Hall. Mr. Gibbons <br />presented numerous handouts containing residential exemption scenarios. <br />The Board of Assessors voted to recommend the following: <br />1. A residential factor of "'I", meaning no shift of the tax rate. <br />2. No to an Open Space discount <br />3. No to a Small Commercial exemption <br />4.
