• The septic systems shall be permitted, installed, operated and maintained according to the <br /> DEP General Use Approval Letter for Singulair Bio-Kinetic Wastewater Treatment System <br /> dated February 26, 2013 and the Standard Conditions for Secondary Treatment Units <br /> Certified for General Use dated March 20, 2015 and the Remedial Use Approval for the Perc- <br /> Rite Drip Dispersal System dated March 15, 2015. <br /> • The maintenance, monitoring and sampling required according to the DEP approval letters <br /> shall be depicted on the design plans for both technologies. <br /> • A Benchmark placed within 75 feet of system two. <br /> • The health agent shall have the authority to review revised plans that shall be submitted to <br /> meet the board's conditions. <br /> • Quarterly nitrogen testing for two years for total nitrogen, and then bi-annual until owner <br /> requests reduction. <br /> • "Onsite laundry for residential use only" shall be added as a general note. <br /> • Submission of an Operations and Maintenance contract be submitted prior to issuance of <br /> Certification of Compliance. <br /> Motion seconded by Brian Baumgaertel. Roll call vote: Brian Baumgaertel (yes); Kripani Patel (yes). <br /> VOTE: Unanimous (2-0) <br /> 2. Discussion of Comprehensive Nutrient Management Strategy and Proposed I/A Regulation. <br /> Mr. Harrington commented that he did not have anything new on this topic. <br /> 3. COVID-19 Update. Ms. Willander provided the following update: <br /> • Monitored epidemiological data from the MA Department of Public Health and Barnstable <br /> County Department of Health &. Environment <br /> • Participated in bi-weekly DPH webinars and bi-weekly conference calls with the Cape Cod <br /> Health Agents' Coalition <br /> • Provided updated case numbers to the public safety answering point and the Town <br /> Manager's Office <br /> • Maintained open communication with the School Nurse Coordinator regarding new cases <br /> and trends <br /> • Met with the Town Manager and Assistant Town Manager to provide clarification regarding <br /> testing, isolation, quarantine guidance to Department Heads and Town employees who test <br /> positive, are close contacts or are experiencing COVID-like symptoms <br /> • Maintained open lines of communication with administrators at congregate care facilities <br /> regarding cases among residents and staff, and monitoring clusters at two local facilities <br /> • Responded to inquiries from the public about isolation/quarantine requirements, travel <br /> advisories, and where to get tested <br /> • Maintained the Town website COVID-19 page <br /> • As of this meeting, Mashpee has 24 confirmed cases in isolation.As of May 17th,the 14-day <br /> incident rate in Mashpee was 41.8; and the 14-day percent of positivity rate was 8.69%. <br /> Mr. Harrington noted that the positivity rate is back over 5%. Chair Baumgaertel commented <br /> that there is a surge and the numbers are skewed because of all of the at-home testing. Mr. <br /> Virgilio asked if the testing can tell which strand of COVID people are getting. Ms. Willander <br />
