Public Comment <br /> 3. Coombs School Presentationl- STEM Presentation <br /> Coombs School STEM Teacher, Jamie Vincent, presented an overview of various activities and lessons that PK-grade 2 students <br /> have been doing throughout the first part of the school year. <br /> 4. MassHire ArtWoks; Logo Contest Winner Recognition—MMHS 10th Grader Addison Wood <br /> MassHire Cape& Islands Workforce Board Program/Data Manager, Samantha Fonseca, presented MMHS grade 10 student Addison <br /> Wood with the prize for being chosen as MassHire's ArtWorks Logo Contest winner. Addison's creative and unique logo earned her a <br /> $100 prize as well as the opportunity to work alongside a local artist mentor throughout the year. <br /> 5. Representative of the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribal Education Department <br /> Mashpee Wampanoag Tribal Education Department Director, Roxanne Mills-Brown, provided an update on MWT Education <br /> Department happenings including attendance intervention and truancy cooperative agreements between MWT and MPS, <br /> professional development opportunities in the areas of special education and data analysis(what types of data are most beneficial to <br /> collect), and mentoring/tutoring at KCC, QS, and MMHS. <br /> 6.
