Minutes of Meeting of <br /> Mashpee Plan Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, September 20, 2022 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Additional topics <br /> (This space is reserved for topics that the Chairman did not reasonably anticipate would be discussed.) <br /> 502 Main St. Napa Auto <br /> Ms. Laurent mentioned that the new owner installed a water main and wanted to know if Mr. <br /> Morris had a conversation with the owner in reference to the size of the water main. <br /> Mr. Morris said that they decided on an 8" water main. Mr. Peltier said that it was discussed. <br /> Ms. Laurent said that it was not permitted. Mr. Morris said that they should have filed a trench <br /> permit. <br /> The applicant has an application with the ZBA. <br /> 100 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mr. Morris said that there were issues with Building 5 and 6; 5A, 5B, 6A, 6B. Mr. Morris put in <br /> an order in to evacuate 6E and 5B. There an inadequate egress and situation that's not safe <br /> to be habitable. He had a meeting with Attorney Rob Mills and Juan Marichal on Monday, <br /> September 19, 2022. He explained the situation and is not going to allow a four family house. <br /> He believes they will appeal his decision. He sent an email to the Town Manager asking to <br /> set up a meeting with all the Departments to address these issues. There was an issue that <br /> a deck was built without a permit. Mr. Morris is anticipating a meeting within the next two <br /> weeks to a month. <br /> There were no other comments or discussions. <br /> Chief Carline made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Peltier seconded. All were in favor.
