0 <br />Mashpee Select Board <br />Minutes <br />February 27, 2023 <br />APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS <br />Undergound Cable and Conduit Hearingm NStar Electric Company d/b/a Eversource EnemlWO <br />11694812 29,Echo Road. <br />The Select Board opened the Public Hearing by reading aloud the notice of a pole hearing on Petition <br /># 11694812 dated February 10, 2023 from NSTAR Electric d/b/a Eversource Energy proposing to install <br />approximately 60' of conduit necessary to provide electric service to 429 Echo Road, Mashpee. <br />All necessary paperwork was in order for the Select Board's approval. Notice to abutters has been <br />issued. Being no public comment, the Board motioned as follows; <br />Motion made by Selectman Sherman to close the Public Hearing. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Selectman Weeden, yes Selectman Cotton, yes Selectman O'Hara, yes <br />Selectman Sherman, yes Selectman Wyman -Colombo, yes Opposed, none <br />Motion made by Selectman Sherman to approve Petition #11694812 from NSTAR Electric d/b/a <br />Eversource Energy to install conduit under the public way of Echo Road necessary to provide <br />electric service to #29 Echo Road, Mashpee. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Selectman Weeden, yes <br />Selectman Sherman, yes <br />Selectman Cotton, yes Selectman O'Hara, yes <br />Selectman Wyman -Colombo, yes Opposed, none <br />Discussion and Aof Eversource Easement: WOµ..2396598101 ikRedwBrook Road: <br />The Select Board reviewed the Eversource Easement Agreement between the Town of Mashpee and <br />NSTAR Electric Company d/b/a Eversource Energy for underground lines for the distribution of <br />electricity at the site; 101 Red Brook Road, Mashpee. The document has been reviewed to form by <br />Town Counsel Patrick J.
