Giblin, 90 Popponsesset Island Road. Proposed demolition of existing NOI <br />dwelling and appurtenances. Construction and maintenance of new single-family dwelling, <br />garage with pile supported guest suite above, in-ground swimming pool, fencing, pool cover <br />enclosure, new patios, landscaping, hardscaping and Title V I/A septic upgrade. <br />Representative: Cape & Islands Engineering, Inc. (continued from 1/12/23 & 1/26/23 & <br />2/9/23 & 2/23/23 & 3/9/23 & 3/23/23) (This hearing was closed on March 23, 2023. The <br />Commission will deliberate and render a decision. No public comments.) <br /> <br />\[A detailed discussion is also provided in the minutes of 3/23/2023\] <br /> <br />Mr. Cook went through his analysis of Chapter 172, Regulation 25, and the waiver section, <br />indicating he was inclined to deny this project. Similarly, Ms. Zollo indicated that she was a <br />“no” as well based on all the appurtenances added more than the original structure. Ms. <br />Clapprood raised the issue of breaking up the components of the application. However, Mr. <br />Colombo explained they were only able to approve or deny the application before them and <br /> <br />
