High Rock <br /> The minutes of the January 24, 2023 meeting were accepted as written after a motion by Paul Bibo and <br /> second by Mike Rapacz. <br /> Agenda topics <br /> [Agenda topic 1] Lake level/River outflow <br /> Discussion: Debi did the lake measurements on February 1" and 15th. There were 55.5 and 55.4 feet above <br /> sea level. There were 15 and 16 inches of water were flowing over the board closest to the lake. On the <br /> 1 st there were 12 inches of water in the stream and 11 inches on the 15th. <br /> Levels done on March 3rd and 17th were both 55.5 ft above sea level with 13.5 and 15 1/2 inches going <br /> over the board. There were 10 and 13 inches in the stream by the steps. The new white gauge by DPW <br /> decreased from 15 to 14 and back up to 15 during this time period . <br /> Levels were reported to Drew McManus in Conservation. Drew McManus emailed that AmeriCorps had <br /> assisted cleaning out brush from the Mashpee River on March 20th. Drew also emailed that DPW had <br /> done the spring clean out of the river in the cage area and removed 1 Y2 to 2 feet of sand from both sides of <br /> the cage. <br /> Conclusions: The water levels have increased with the increased precipitation but are still within <br /> acceptable range. <br /> [Agenda topic 2] Pond Study <br /> Discussion: Ed Eichner from TMDL Solutions and SMAST Coastal Systems will be updating the Select <br /> Board with a technical memo April 3`d. The sonde tubes will be deployed in mid-April and the testing will <br /> resume then. <br /> Conclusions. Ed Eichner will be speaking g on at the Select Board meeting April 3`d. Testing will resume <br /> p g p g <br /> in mid- April. <br />
