Mr. <br /> Blaisdell suggested that Attorney Kirrane withdraw his application request under Section 174-17. <br /> Mr. Bonvie amended his motion, and accepted Attorney Kirrane's request to withdraw his <br /> advertisement and application request under Section 174-17, and M.G.L. Section 6. Mr. Blaisdell, <br /> seconded,yes,Mr. Caggiano,yes,Ms. Sangeleer,yes,Mr. Bonvie,yes,Mr. Furbush,yes.All were <br /> in favor. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board issue a Special Permit to Owners, William P. and Judith <br /> S. Ludwig under §174-17.1 of the Zoning Bylaws and M.G.L. c. 40A Section 9 to raze a pre- <br /> existing,non-conforming single-family dwelling and replace it with a new single-family dwelling <br /> on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 112 Parcel 101, Mashpee, MA with the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special Permit <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2.
