Ciullo Ctf.: 149808 <br /> 65 Redwood Circle <br /> Map 27 Parcel 94 <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> A Petition was filed on November 10, 2022 by Petitioner, Mike Cannata requesting a Written <br /> Finding under §174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for an extension to an existing garage on <br /> property located in an R-5 Zoning District, at 65 Redwood Circle, Map 27 Parcel 94, Mashpee, <br /> MA. Owners of Record: Joseph J. and Kathleen C. Ciullo. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. <br /> Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in <br /> the Town of Mashpee, on December 16, 2022 and December 23,2022 a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the provisions of <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §6 and the Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, January 11, <br /> 2023, and was continued to January 25, 2023 at which time the following members of the Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout; Chairman, Jonathan Furbush, Vice Chairman, <br /> William Blaisdell, Board Members, Ron Bonvie, Associate Members, George Ganzenmuller and <br /> Brad Pittsley. <br /> Mr. Cannata represented the homeowners for the Written Finding request to extend an existing <br /> garage. The existing house and the attached garage is pre-existing non-conforming. The original <br /> garage was converted into a small kitchen.Mr.Cannata has a building permit to move the kitchen <br /> back further, and he would like to expand the garage 5 ft. toward the front of the property to <br /> allow for vehicle access. There is no change in the width of the garage. The original front setback <br /> is currently 26.2 ft., and will become 21.28 ft. <br /> Mr. Cannata provided a revised site plan showing the existing structures as requested by the <br /> Board at the first meeting on January 11, 2023. The site plan depicted the 5 ft. dimension <br /> extension of the proposed garage as well as the dimensions on the side, front and rear setbacks, <br /> with the lot coverage, and square footage of the lot. <br /> 1 <br />
