MEETING MINUTES <br /> MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> JANUARY 25,2023 <br /> 29/41 Echo Road: Petitioner, 3M Ventures, Inc., d/b/a Triple M Management Company, LLC <br /> requests a modification under §174-24 (C) (9) (c) (e) of the Zoning Bylaws, and condition #5 of <br /> the Special Permit Decision SP-2020-28 to extend the date for completion of construction from its <br /> previously extended date of February 26, 2023 to August 31, 2023 on property located in the I-1 <br /> and Light Industrial Overlay Zoning Districts,Map 19 Parcels 3-8 and 3-9,Mashpee,MA. (Owner <br /> of record: Triple M. Management Company, LLC. <br /> Attorney Christopher Kirrane representing Triple M Management Company. Also present was <br /> Kevin O'Reilly with Triple M. The applicant was before the Board last year because the Special <br /> Permit set a deadline for completing the expansion to last August due to construction and <br /> engineering delays. The applicant requested an extension to February 26,2023. Unfortunately due <br /> to weather,project delays,and contractor delays,the Attorney is asking for another extension until <br /> the end of August 2023. Mr. Kirrane provided pictures of the progress of the building construction <br /> currently moving forward with the building construction. The first floor walls, decking and trusses <br /> are actively moving forward. <br /> The Board had no issues with the request for the extension. Mr. Morris had no comments. There <br /> were no issues from Board of Health or Conservation Departments. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board issue a modification to Petitioner, 3M Ventures, Inc., <br /> d/b/a Triple M Management Company, LLC of 29/41 Echo Road under §174-24 (C) (9) (c) (e) of <br /> the Zoning Bylaws,and condition#5 of the Special Permit Decision SP-2020-28 to extend the date <br /> for completion of construction from its previously extended date of February 26, 2023 to August <br /> 31, 2023 on property located in the 1-1 and Light Industrial Overlay Zoning Districts, Map 19 <br /> Parcels 3-8 and 3-9, Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: Triple M. Management Company, LLC <br /> with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board accepts the request for a modification of the Special Permit under §174-24 (C) <br /> (9) (c) (e) of the Zoning Bylaws, and condition #5 of the Decision SP-2020-28 to extend <br /> the date for completion of construction from its previously extended date of February 26, <br /> 2023 to August 31, 2023. <br /> Mr. Pittsley seconded, yes <br /> Mr. Reidy, yes, <br /> Mr. Bonvie, yes, <br /> Mr. Blaisdell, yes, <br /> Mr. Furbush, yes <br /> All were in favor of the Modification. <br /> 12 <br />
