Town of Mashpee <br /> � �116! 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> JANUARY 25,2023 <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held Public Hearings on Wednesday, January 25,2023, at <br /> 6:00 p.m. in the Waquoit Room at the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North. Chairman, <br /> Jonathan D. Furbush,Board Members William A.Blaisdell,Ron Bonvie,and Associate Members, <br /> George Ganzenmuller, Charlie Reidy, and Brad Pittsley were present. Building Commissioner, <br /> David Morris was also present. <br /> Chairman Furbush opened the meeting at 6:00 pm and announced that the hearings were being <br /> televised live on Mashpee TV. He will take comments after each hearing. <br /> CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> 65 Redwood Circle: Petitioner, Mike Cannata requests a Written Finding under §174-17 of the <br /> Zoning Bylaws to allow for an extension to an existing garage on property located in an R-5 Zoning <br /> District, Map 27 Parcel 94, Mashpee, MA. Owners of Record: Joseph J. and Kathleen C. Ciullo. <br /> (Continued from January 11, 2023 hearings). <br /> Mr. Cannata represented the homeowners for the Written Finding request to extend the existing <br /> garage approximately 5 ft. from the original structure. The Board requested a revised site plan <br /> depicting the setback dimensions from the existing house to the side lot line.Mr. Cannata provided <br /> the Board with a revised site plan that depicts the dimensions and also the lot coverage.The current <br /> lot coverage is 15.1% and the proposed is 18.2%. The setback dimension on the side line is 15.04 <br /> ft. <br /> Chairman Furbush read the Board of Health comments into the record; "New Septic will be <br /> installed, Percolation test done on 12-29-22. No problems with extension." The Conservation <br /> comments were also read into the record; "The Conservation Commission has approved this <br /> project and found it will not have adverse impacts to the inland bank leading to Mashpee Pond. <br /> Mitigation has been proposed and approved to compensate for the extension to the garage." <br /> There were no more comments from the Board and no comments from the audience. <br /> 1 <br />
