MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> MAY 24, 2023 <br /> Attorney Kirrane said he will consult with his client regarding the roof deck. <br /> Chairman Furbush read the bylaw into the record for the Board to make a determination. <br /> The Board agreed that the widow's walk was a minor modification, however Mr. Morris noticed <br /> that the first level roof deck was sized incorrectly and in fact was enlarged on the plan. Attorney <br /> Kirrane will require to provide a revised plan and may need to re-apply with the ZBA. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board accept Attorney Christopher Kirrane's request for a <br /> minor modification at 81 Bluff Avenue. Said modification is the inclusion of the widow's walk <br /> that is less than 100 sq. ft. and is depicted at 15 ft. by 6 ft. 3. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer seconded, yes. Mr. Goldstein, yes, Mr. Bonvie, yes, Mr. Blaisdell, yes, and Mr. <br /> Furbush, yes. All were in favor. <br /> Chairman Furbush suggested that Attorney Kirrane discuss the change to the roof deck with Mr. <br /> Morris. <br /> There were no more comments. <br /> ➢ Approve the Meeting Minutes dated May 10, 2023. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer made a motion that the Board approve the meeting minutes. Mr. Goldstein <br /> seconded, yes. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board adjourn until the next scheduled hearing. Mr. Goldstein <br /> seconded. All were in favor to adjourn.
