All costs related <br />to this program are projected are to be offset by the revenues of the program. Any monies in excess of the expenses <br />are to remain in the account. <br /> <br /> <br />The Select Board recommends approval of Article 14 by a vote of 5-0 <br />The Finance Committee recommends approval of Article 14 by a vote of 7-0 <br /> <br />Motion made by Select Board Member O’Hara <br /> <br />Motion: I move that the Town vote to approve Article 14 as printed in the Warrant, with the exception of the <br />phrase “or take any other action relating thereto.” <br /> <br />Motion passes unanimously at 8:01 PM <br /> <br />Article 15 <br /> <br />To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and transfer from the FY 2024 Community Preservation Fund <br />Estimated Revenues, the sum of $40,000 to the Community Preservation Committee Administrative and <br />Operating Expense Account, pursuant to the provisions of M.G.L., Chapter 44B, §5, including any necessary <br />costs related thereto, as recommended by the Community Preservation Committee, or take any other action <br />relating thereto. <br /> <br /> Submitted by the Community Preservation Committee <br /> <br /> <br />
