MINUTES: <br /> Meeting Minutes from April 12, 2023 were presented by David Egel. Motion to <br /> approve by Merrill Blum; seconded by Michael Murphy;unanimous vote to accept. <br /> 2. APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> No Public Comment. <br /> 3. COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> (1) Director's Report <br /> Report was distributed by Heidi McLaughlin. Ms. McLaughlin reviewed the <br /> substantive content of the Report with the Committee. <br /> Rachel Hodgman motioned to approve the Director's Report; seconded by Colleen <br /> Meehan;unanimous vote in favor. <br /> (2) Treasurer's Report <br /> Treasurer's Report was distributed by Heidi McLaughlin. Ms. McLaughlin reviewed <br /> the substantive content of the Report with the Committee.
