Agent recommends creating new regs for beach nourishment and aquaculture. <br /> <br />HEARINGS: <br /> <br /> <br />6:00 Prescott White, 31 Fiddler Crab Lane. Proposed replacement of existing retaining wall. NOI <br />Representative: Merrill Engineering & Surveyors (continued from 3/23/23 & 4/6/23) <br /> <br />Mr. Colombo noted the tightness of the work area. All the debris will go down grass access <br />road. Ms. Zollo noted there are only 3 trees being restored from the 5 removed. The <br />reasoning for less was due to root structures possibly being disturbed. The view shed will <br />have lower plantings as well. Ms. Copeland asked about the access again and removal of <br />the patio and retaining wall. Mr. Colombo noted that edge of the pool was only 10 feet from <br />the wall and questioned the size of the excavator (4 feet wide). The first section of the pier <br />will be removed to provide access. In response to Mr. Colombo, the safety fence will be <br />removed and replaced. <br /> <br />
