MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JUNE 14, 2023 <br /> The Board had a discussion and would like to consult with Town Counsel regarding the two separate <br /> lots and if they can make a condition finding in their decision prior to the applicant combining the two <br /> lots. <br /> Mr. Bonvie said that there's more to add. 11'combining the lot does is the protection eliminated, and <br /> will a Variance be required. <br /> Mr. Reidy read the definition of an"Applicant" from the Zoning Bylaws. <br /> Attorney Ford said he understands the concerns of the Board and is willing to continue the bearing,but <br /> he also believes that the Board has a concern with the size of the proposed house. <br /> Mr. Bonvie said that he may believe that the proposed house is more detrimental to the neighborhood. <br /> Mr. Furbush believes that the house is too large. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell asked Attorney Ford if he now knows to consult with his client and let him know that the <br /> size of the house is too large. Attorney Ford said he wanted feedback from the Board so he can return <br /> with a revised plan, etc. <br /> Attorney Ford asked for a continuance until July 26, 2023. Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board <br /> accept the continuance from Attorney Ford for Jonathan Bernstein and the application under Section <br /> 174-17.1. Mr. Goldstein, seconded, yes, Mr. Caggiano, yes, Mr. Bonvie, yes, Mr. Blaisdell, yes, and <br /> Mr. Furbush, yes. All were in favor. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> ➢ Approve the Meeting Minutes dated May 24, 2023. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer made a motion to accept the meeting minutes dated May 24,2023. Mr. Reidy seconded. <br /> All were in favor. <br /> Mr.Reidy made a motion to adjourn. Ms. Sangeleer seconded.
