If the owner or future owners of 352 Mashpee Neck Road seeks to return the property to a <br /> residence only said owner may request the Zoning Board release the condition as to the <br /> limitations placed on the use of the residence and such condition shall be released on the <br /> stipulation that the lot be placed in separate ownership from 21 Frog Pond Close and the <br /> parking area be removed and returned to its pre-existing lot condition. Any deed restriction <br /> required should mirror this. <br /> 30. The Operation and Maintenance Plan (O&M) submitted to this Board shall be modified <br /> and submitted to this Board prior to the application of a Building Permit and included into <br /> this record. Page 2 shall read as follows: A properly operating drainage system is a basis <br /> for long life of the roads and parking area and for the protection of wetland resources <br /> against pollutants carried by storm water. If the drainage system fails to work, frequent <br /> pooling of storm water would be expected to occur on site possibly affecting the use and <br /> activities on the property. An Engineer, or a qualified individual shall be responsible for <br /> the maintenance and operation of the drainage system. <br /> 30. The recording of the amended O&M and modified Special Permit shall be required and <br /> submitted to this Board prior to an application request for a building permit. <br /> 31. No more slips than what exists today, and that number is one hundred fifty four(154). <br /> 32. The new lot located at 352 Mashpee Neck Road is for overflow parking only and shall <br /> only be utilized when the lower is completely full and said full will be seventy seven (77) <br /> cars.
