<br />Sampson to put together a plan of action. He expects it will be ready Monday, June 26, 2023 at the Select <br />Board meeting. <br />Mr. Collins assured the Commission that the August 11, 2023 deadline for the SRF will be met. <br /> <br />Mr. Lyons made a motion to proceed and complete Phase 1 as the plan was originally designed and <br />approved. <br />There were no seconds to this motion. <br /> <br />Catherine Castaneda made a motion to modify and table Mr. Lyons’ motion to await information that is <br />being collected for the proposed plan of action that would help guide the Sewer Commission’s <br />recommendation to the Select Board as determined necessary and feasible to reconvene after the Select <br />Board meeting on June 26, 2023. <br />Mr. Towle seconded the motion. <br />Motion passed. <br />4-1-0 <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Meredith Harris, Yes <br />Catherine Castaneda, Yes <br />Joe Lyons, No <br />Phyllis Sprout, Yes <br />Al Towle, Yes <br /> <br />2. Review and Progress Sewer Project Construction – Sandra Tripp, GHD. <br />Sandra Tripp of GHD gave a video presentation on the progress of the Sewer Construction Project to date. She <br />stated that as of now, Contract #1, the WWRF has been focused mainly on concrete from May 2023 through <br />June 2023. She stated that they are placing steel, water stops and concrete for the two buildings as well as <br />the tanks. <br />The influent pump station is in process and is a little different than the other structures as it was fabricated off <br />site and also because of its depth. <br />Sandra stated progress is on schedule for this portion of the project. <br />The Collection System North (Contract #2) progress to date is reported to be ahead of schedule. <br />The Collection System South (Contract #3) is reported to be on schedule. <br /> <br />3. Discussion of Septic to Rainwater Conversion. <br />This item was tabled due to the Commissioners in attendance were not aware of any information pertaining to <br />it. <br /> <br />4. Re-examine Time Period for Connection. <br /> <br />Meredith Harris made a motion to keep the time period for connection as it stands at 90 days. <br />Mr. Lyons seconded the motion. <br />Motion was passed by unanimous consent. <br /> <br />5. Review Website Redesign. <br />Catherine Castaneda stated that not much has been done recently and acknowledged Terri Cook as the <br />employee that will be assisting with the website moving forward. <br /> <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
