MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JUL'Y 26,2023 <br /> Attorney Kirrane explained that there will be a new family room,new storage,and new mudroom. <br /> There were no more comments for the Board. <br /> Chairman Bonvie made a motion to close the public hearing. Mr. Reidy seconded. All were in <br /> favor to close the public comments. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board issue a Written Finding under §174-17 and §174-33 of <br /> the Zoning Bylaws for Owners, Mark L. and Robin R. Galante to allow for an addition,alteration, <br /> extension to a pre-existing, non-conforming single family dwelling on property located in an R-3 <br /> Zoning District, Map 96 Parcel 28, Mashpee, MA with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written Finding <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2.
