MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JULY 26, 2023 <br /> Attorney Kirrane requested a continuance until Wednesday, August 9, 2023. Mr. Reidy made a <br /> motion to continue the hearing as requested by Attorney Kirrane. Mr. Furbush seconded. All <br /> were in favor. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> 81 Bluff Avenue <br /> Chairman Bonvie asked Attorney Kirrane if both the site plan and building plans have been <br /> revised. <br /> Attorney Kirrane said yes, the building plans are correct. The Board should have received on <br /> Friday morning a revised site plan that removed the general notes about lot coverage.The general <br /> notes showed the old lot coverage, and the zoning compliance showed the new lot coverage. The <br /> correct lot coverage should be 29.7%. Mr. Bonvie noticed that the site plan does not depict "lot <br /> structure coverage" and he asked for a motion that the plan be revised again to depict the <br /> following; "existing structure coverage is 30.1%, and proposed structure coverage 29.7%. Then <br /> it needs to say; existing lot coverage 100%and proposed lot coverage 100%. The motion should <br /> be going <br /> Chairman Bonvie made a motion that the Board accept the application as a minor modification <br /> and that the site plan be amended to state the following;the existing structure coverage is 3 0.1%, <br /> and the proposed structure coverage shall be 29.7%. The plan should also depict; existing lot <br /> coverage 100%and proposed lot coverage 100%. These site plan revisions need to be submitted <br /> to this Board and the Building Commissioner prior to issuance of an application and a building <br /> permit. Mr. Furbush seconded. All were in favor. <br /> Chairman Bonvie stated to Attorney Kirrane that submitting multiple revisions will be not be <br /> allowed going forward. <br /> A grove Meetin Minutes dated Jul 12 2023 <br /> Ms. Sangeleer made a motion that the Board accept the meeting minutes dated July 12, 2023. <br /> Mr. Furbush seconded. All were in favor. <br /> Discussion re ardin the Vice Chair losition <br /> Mr. Reidy read a letter dated July 10, 2023 from Scott Goldstein stating that he will step down <br /> as Vice Chair. <br /> Mr. Furbush made a motion that Sharon Sangeleer become the new Vice Chair. Mr. Reidy, <br /> seconded. All were in favor. Mr. Bonvie welcomed Sharon as the new Vice Chair. <br /> 7 <br />
