A quorum was declared with the following <br /> members present; Jill Allen, Richard Halpern (virtually), Lisa Meizinger and Kevin Shackett. <br /> Public Comment (at the discretion of the chair): None. <br /> Secretary's Report: Minutes for the meeting held on November 12, 2020 were sent to the <br /> members before the meeting. A motion was made by Kevin Shackett moved, Lisa Meizinger <br /> seconded to accept the minutes of the November 12, 2020 meeting as presented. The motion <br /> carried. 4-0-0. <br /> Treasurer's Report Warrants and Budget Update (Board vote needed): Mrs. Campos stated <br /> all rents at Asher's Path have been received. There are Outstanding rents at both the elderly and <br /> family sites and she's working with the tenants to get the rents paid. She anticipates all rent <br /> payments will be received soon. A brief discussion transpired regarding the eviction moratorium <br /> that's been lifted and the new requirements required when evicting for non-payment of rent. Mrs. <br /> Campos explained there are two vacancies at Asher's Path. One of which has been vacant for <br /> several months. Several applicants are being screened and she's hoping the units will be filled <br /> soon. There is one vacancy at the elderly site. An applicant has already been approved for that <br /> unit so once the renovations have been completed, the lease will be signed. There are two <br /> vacancies at the family site. The qualification process has begun to fill those vacancies. <br />
