The committee is seeking another Mashpee .flousing <br /> Authority board member to fill the vacancy. Ms. Meizinger nominated Mr. Shackett to fill the <br /> vacancy, Ms. Allen seconded. The motion carried. 3-0-0. <br /> At 5:05 PM, the Chair entertained a motion to enter into Executive Session to discuss personnel <br /> matters. Mr. Shackett moved, Ms. Meizinger seconded to enter into Executive for the <br /> purpose of discussing personnel issues. Roll call vote - Mr. Shackett—yes, Ms. Meizinger— <br /> yes, Ms. Allen—yes, <br /> At the meeting held on January 10', Mrs. Campos was asked to review the management <br /> agreements, speak to the fee accountant regarding financial impacts should the management <br /> agreements be terminated and to contact Mary Farrell about the matter. Mrs. Campos stated the <br /> management agreements do not expire until 2023. After speaking with the fee accountant, Mrs. <br /> Campos stated the authority's budget relies heavily on the funds it receives from the <br /> management agreements and the authority will not be able to sustain itself in its current capacity <br /> without those funds. A brief discussion transpired regarding the two new staff members and their <br /> progress with learning the responsibilities of their new roles. Mr. Shackett opened a discussion <br /> regarding the Carver management agreement and the possibility of hiring administrative staff in <br /> Page 1. of 3 <br />
