There are two vacancies at the family site candidates are being qualified. The warrants for <br /> signature tonight are for the month of January 2021 and total as follows: $76,470.24 for 40001, <br /> $33,756.60 for Asher's Path Apartments, $15,965.27 for (Treat Cove Community and $51,572.00 <br /> for MRVP. After a brief discussion, Kevin Shackett moved, Lisa Meizinger seconded to <br /> approve the Treasurer's Report as presented. The motion carried. 3-0-0. <br /> Ms. Meizinger asked the chair if she would revisit the public comment section of the agenda <br /> because she, as a member of the public, has afiew questions she'd like to ask pertaining to a few <br /> emails she was copied on from the former executive director. Ms. Allen stated that when she <br /> originally asked for public comment, there wasn't any and the board has since moved forward <br /> with the agenda so she would not revisit that topic. After a brief discussion the next agenda item <br /> was discussed. <br /> Executive Director's Report & Updates: <br /> • COVID 19 Update - Mrs. Campos informed the members that after numerous attempts <br /> with other agencies, she was able to partner with Stop & Shop Pharmacy to hold an on <br /> site vaccination clinic at both Homeyer Village and Asher's Path Apartments. She stated <br /> that all residents and staff of both developments are eligible to receive the vaccine, <br /> including board members if they're interested. A date for the clinic hasn't been <br /> determined yet. She will keep everyone informed as more information becomes available. <br /> A copy of the Immunization Administration Agreement was provided to the board <br /> members prior to the meeting. This agreement essentially allows Stop & Shop Pharmacy <br /> staff to administer immunizations. A brief discussion transpired, Ms. Allen entertained a <br /> motion to enter into an Immunization Administration Agreement with Stop & Shop <br /> Pharmacy. Kevin Shackett moved, Lisa Meizinger seconded to enter into an <br /> Immunization Administration Agreement with Stop & Shop Pharmacy. The motion <br /> carried 3-0-0. <br /> • Executive Director Transition Update—Mrs. Campos provided a brief update on her <br /> transition and the progress being made by the new assistant director. <br /> • Housing Assistance Program Update—Mrs. Campos informed the board that the <br /> remaining program funds have been returned to the Town. She included a letter of <br /> appreciation on behalf of the authority with the check. <br /> • CPC Committee Vacancy —At a previous board meeting, Mr. Shackett was nominated to <br /> serve on the Community Preservation Committee as the Housing Authority <br /> Representative. Ile stated he attended his first meeting on February 10, 2021 and <br /> provided an update on that meeting. <br /> • Housing Authority Board Vacancy—A brief discussion transpired regarding the need to <br /> fill the two vacant board seats. One is the governor appointed position and the other <br /> vacancy will be included on the May ballot.
