Members Absent: None. Others Present: Kimberly Conn, Executive Director, and Carol Campos. List of documents and other exhibits used at the meeting and retained at the Authority's office: • Agenda/Notice • Complaint filed with U.S. District Court (Leila Botsford vs. Mashpee Housing Authority) Decisions Made/Actions Taken Are In Bold By a roll call vote the board will enter into closed Executive Session in accordance with M.G.L. c. 3 OA, §§ 21(A) under Exemption#3 to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares; The MHA Board will not return to regular open session. Ms. Meizinger moved, Mr. Shackett seconded to enter into Executive - Roll. call vote - Mr. Falid - yes, Mr. Shackett—yes, Ms. Meizinger—yes, Ms. Allen—yes. Mrs. Campos provided the members with a copy of the complaint that was served to the authority by sheriff. She stated our response to the complaint was filed the previous evening with the court and a teleconference is scheduled with Attorney Driscoll, Mrs. Conn and Mrs. Campos on June 22 d to discuss the matter further. A brief discussion regal-ding the complaint ensued. Adjournment: A motion was made by Mr. Shackett to adjourn the Executive Session, Ms. Meizinger seconded. The motion carried 4-0-0.
