Meeting Called to Order: The meeting was called to order at 5:01 PM. A quorum was <br /> declared with the following members present Jill. Allen, Kevin Shackett, and Lisa Meizinger. <br /> Also, in attendance were Kimberly Conn, Executive Director, and Vincent Gault, Director of <br /> Maintenance. <br /> 2. Public Comment None. <br /> 3. Approval of Previous Meeting's Minutes—Approval of the July 8, 2021, minutes was <br /> tabled for a quorum of members present during that meeting. <br /> 4. Treasurer's Report, Warrants and Budget Update (Board vote needed) The board <br /> reviewed the warrants of June 2021, and July 2021, with no questions posed, Ms. Allen <br /> entertained a motion to approve the June 2021 Warrants, Ms. Meizinger moved, Mr. <br /> Shackett seconded. The motion carried 3-0-1. Ms. Meizinger moved to approve the July <br /> 2021 Warrants, seconded by Mr. Shackett. The motion carried 3-0-1. Ms. Conn advised <br /> the board that she wrote a letter to The Department of Housing & Community Development <br /> (DHCD) regarding the FYE June 30, 2021, budget in response to the unapproved diverted <br /> budget and is waiting for a response, she further requested that DHCD augment the reserves <br /> to bring the reserve balance to 40%, slightly above the 35% required threshold. Ms. Colin <br /> reviewed the Quarterly Operating Statement for Quarter Ending 06/30/21, pending budget <br /> approval as well as the Year-End Certifications including the Top 5 Compensation.form, and <br /> the Tenant Accounts Receivable. Ms. Meizinger moved to approve the FYE 06/30/2021 <br /> Year End Certifications as presented; seconded by Mr. Shackett. Motion carried 3-0-1. <br /> 5. Executive Director's Report & U )dates (Board vote as needed)—The board reviewed the <br /> _ <br /> minor changes to the Bylaws, and after a brief discussion, Mr. Shackett moved to approve <br /> the revised bylaws; seconded by Ms. Meizinger.
