<br />in which the government of Mashpee has again
<br />demonstrated its ability to do just that.
<br />As a body, our sincere thanks go out to our all of
<br />the Town departments and their staff who are without
<br />question committed to assisting the community. The
<br />five of us are indebted to Town Manager Rodney
<br />Collins, Assistant Town Manager Wayne Taylor,
<br />Administrative Assistant Terrie Cook, and
<br />Administrative Secretary Stephanie Coleman for their
<br />daily efforts in support of the Board, and for their
<br />commitment to serving the residents of Mashpee.

<br />Finance Director
<br />To the Honorable Board of Selectmen and the
<br />Citizens of the Town of Mashpee
<br />In accordance with State statute, Section 61 of
<br />Chapter 41, I hereby transmit the annual financial
<br />report of the Town of Mashpee, as of June 30, 2019,
<br />for the fiscal year then ended. The responsibility for
<br />both accuracy of the presented data and the
<br />completeness and fairness, including all disclosures,
<br />rest with the Finance Director. The Finance Director
<br />believes that the data as presented is accurate in all
<br />material aspects. Town By -Law Article 4, Section 15-
<br />13, states that the financial statements of the Town of
<br />Mashpee may be audited yearly by a Certified Public
<br />Accountant selected by the Board of Selectmen. This
<br />requirement has been complied with. The complete
<br />report of the Auditors may be examined at the Town
<br />Clerk's Office during regular office hours.
