The <br />Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br />APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES — June 21, 2023 <br />No comments were made regarding the meeting minutes for June 21, 2023. <br />MOTION: <br />Mr. Balzarini made a motion to accept the meeting minutes from June 21, 2023. <br />Seconded by Ms. Waygan. All in favor. <br />APPROVAL NOT REQUIRED <br />Applicant: <br />Location: <br />Request: <br />John and Carla Mullen, Trustees <br />Carla E Mullen 2012 Trust <br />188 Pimlico Pond Road, Mashpee, MA 02649 <br />Assessor's Map 2 Parcels 191 and 192 <br />Purpose of the ANR is to Divide Lots 1 and 2 as shown on the plan <br />creating new Lots A and B. The remaining area of Lot 1 after division will <br />be combined with Lot B and the remaining area of Lot 2 after division will <br />be combined with Lot A. <br />
